AATEC, Inc. Policies
AATEC,
Inc. offers a wide variety of products. We are a distributor for many fine manufacturers.
Warranties are set by the manufacturer and vary by product. We honor the warranty
for each product.
We ship nationwide. Customers have the obligation to
inpsect equipment upon arrival. Any damage from shipping should be reported to
the shipping carrier and to AATEC immediately.
We strive to provide
top quality products and
achieve customer satisfaction with each sale.
There
is a 3 day return policy on PC-Based Scanners only. PC-Based Scanners can be returned
for any reason within three days from reciept for a refund of cost minus Shipping
& Handling and Credit Card Charge-back fees.
All sales are final.
Returns are at the discretion of AATEC management only.
Customers
must contact AATEC, Inc. to request a return authorization number (RA) prior
to returning any items. If an RA number is issued by AATEC, a restocking fee will
be charged and the following costs will not be included in any credit given: Shipping
& Handling and Credit Card Fees.
AATEC reserves the right to determine
how credit will be given on a returned item. We may offer to resell the item as
used or offer a credit towards another purchase from AATEC.
