Since this beginning, he has worked for various independent and national repair chains. In 1984 Chuck became a technician at a Cleveland Ohio Lincoln Mercury dealership where his area of expertise was drivability diagnosis. In his 12 year career with Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealership's Chuck earned Ford Motor Company's Master Technician Status. Chuck left the technician ranks when he took a position with an OEM Scan Tool manufacture where he was tasked with developing and presenting training programs for technicians using Scan tools on computer controlled vehicles. Chuck was a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for this company to Ford Motor Company. He is now a Professional Seminar Instructor for Standard Motor Products. With his knowledge of Diagnostic Scan Tools, Chuck also became a National Contract Trainer for SPX/OTC on the Genisys and Vision Premier systems.
